Grants Administration

The Office of Grants Administration leads the research and pursuit of funding opportunities, aligning them with County priorities to secure external resources that create meaningful impact in the Gadsden community. We work in close partnership with County departments to support strategic initiatives, ensuring all grants are administered efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with funding requirements.

What We Do

The Office of Grants Administration provides comprehensive support throughout the grant lifecycle, from opportunity identification to project closeout. Our team:

· Researches and identifies funding opportunities

· Prepares and submits competitive grant applications

· Oversees awarded grants to ensure compliance and successful outcomes

· Provides training and resources to County staff and community partners

· Ensures timely reporting and adherence to regulatory standards
