Notice of Intent Award Letter 

Any person (bidder) who is affected adversely by the decision or intended decision of the County shall file with the County Purchasing Office a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of bid tabulation/Notice Intent to Award or protest within ten (10) calendar days after the date he/she/they filed the notice of protest. Failure to file a notice of protest within the time prescribed by Section 5 of the Purchasing Policy of the Gadsden County Board of Commissioners shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under that section of this Policy.
