The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners is seeking sealed qualifications from qualified firms who are interested in providing Professional Administration Services in conjunction with the County’s proposed Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation Project.

All qualifications shall be submitted in duplicate (one original and five copies) in sealed envelopes/packages addressed to the Management Services Department and marked "RFP NO.23-03 CDBG Professional Grant Administration Services". Any qualifications received after the designated date will be returned unopened.

RFP will be received until 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the Gadsden County Management Services Department, Room 204, 5B East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351, and will be opened and evaluated on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at the Gadsden County Administrator's Conference Room at 9B East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualifications and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The County further reserves the right to award the agreement to those qualifiers whose qualifications best comply with the specifications. Qualifiers may withdraw their qualifications by notifying the County in writing at any time prior to the deadline for qualifications submittal. After the deadline, the qualifications will constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of sixty (60) days. Once opened, qualifications become a record of the County and will not be returned to the qualifiers. EEO/AA.
