Gadsden County Community Development is now soliciting applicants for certified building/residential contractors desirous of participating in its Community Development Block Grant program for rehabilitation/demolition/replacement of homes in the unincorporated area of Gadsden County.
All interested contractors must be confirmed in the listing maintained by the Gadsden County Building Department as qualified and licensed to perform the required work in the county’s unincorporated area. The Community Development Administration has certain forms that are required to be maintained on its contracts, i.e., subcontractor’s list, insurance requirements, etc. it is anticipated that the program will commence in July 2023.
Contractors applications can be obtained from the Edward J. Butler Governmental Complex security desk, 9 East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351.
All applications must be submitted no later than April 3, 2023
