GADSDEN COUNTY ANNOUNCES HOLIDAY CLOSURES AND SERVICE CHANGES FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla -Gadsden County government offices and select services will observe closures in honor of Independence Day. The following departments and services will be closed on Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4, 2025:
- Gadsden County Government Offices
- Gadsden County Libraries
- Gadsden County Public Works
- Gadsden County Mosquito Control
- Gadsden County Animal Control
Gadsden County Parks will remain open throughout the holiday for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Animal-Related Emergency Services
For urgent animal-related emergencies during the holiday closures—such as dangerous or aggressive dogs, sick or injured domestic animals, animal cruelty, or animal bites—please contact the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office at (850) 875-8811.
For injured wildlife, contact St. Francis Wildlife Association at (850) 627-4151.
Residents are encouraged to use emergency services only in cases of immediate danger or urgent animal health concerns.
