GADSDEN COUNTY HOUSING PROGRAM, COMMISSIONER HOLT TO HOST FINANCIAL LITERACY CLINIC FOR DISTRICT 4 RESIDENTS
GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. – The Gadsden County Housing Program, in partnership with District 4 Commissioner Brenda Holt, will host a free financial literacy clinic focused on breaking generational curses and creating wealth. The event is open to all Gadsden County residents and will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at the Helen Frank Community Center in Gretna.
The clinic will provide foundational financial education to help residents build generational wealth. Attendees will learn about credit, living wills, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance.
Topics include:
- Understanding credit: Opening and closing accounts, late or missed payments, repossessions, and foreclosures
- Wills and insurance: Living wills, trusts, IUL insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prepaid burial, and fraud awareness
