Pre-BOCC Meeting Workshop

The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners
will hold a Pre-BOCC Meeting Workshop
on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
to answer questions on selected agenda items regarding the March 17, 2026,
BOCC agenda and discuss General Government Business
The Workshop will be held in the Gadsden County Board of County 
Commissioners Meeting Chambers
located at 9 B East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351
The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners welcomes and encourages public participation 
at all meetings of the Board. Citizens are free to speak for up to three (3) minutes on non-agenda 
items. Public comments and participation is also encouraged for items on the agenda.
Additionally, if you are unable to attend a meeting in person, comments from the Public can also be 
submitted via email to CitizensToBeHeard@gadsdencountyfl.gov until noon on the date of the 
meeting. Comments submitted after the deadline, but prior to the meeting, will be added to the 
official record, but the County cannot guarantee that Commissioners and staff will have adequate 
time to review comments prior to the meeting. 
Citizens are further encouraged to participate via Zoom using the credentials on the County’s 
website. The Board’s meetings are also broadcast live on the Board’s Facebook page. 
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing assistance in obtaining any 
information from the County or virtually attending the public meeting should contact the Gadsden 
County Public Information by calling 850-875-8671 or emailing media@gadsdencountyfl.gov at least 
2 hours before the meeting.
If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any 
matter considered at such public meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such 
purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record 
includes testimony and evidence to which the appeal is to be heard
